Smothered Mushroom Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large chicken breasts, skinned
    12 oz. fresh, sliced mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (or more) cloves garlic, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place chicken in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, saute mushrooms and garlic in margarine.
    Combine rest of ingredients (except Parmesan) with mushroom mixture.
    After chicken has baked for 30 minutes, take out of oven and pour mushroom mixture over it.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake another 20 to 30 minutes.
    If serving over rice, double the sauce ingredients for extra.
