Chocolate-Caramel Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. caramels
2 Tbsp. water
8 small apples (4 oz. each)
ground peanuts or pistachios
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation

Place caramels and water in large measuring cup.
Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
Wash and dry apples. Place wooden skewer in stem end of each. Dip into warm caramel to coat. Wipe off excess.
Place on greased waxed paper and chill until set.
