Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans Italian tomatoes
4 toes garlic or 2 or more tsp. juice
8 oz. olive oil
1 large can tomato puree
6 bay leaves
2 tsp. basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Use about 5 ounces of oil. Mix all ingredients (crock-pot best) and bring to a good bubbling boil for 15 minutes.
Simmer for at least 3 hours or more. Brown 2 pounds of hamburger meat and drain.
Add to simmering sauce and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
