Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 (16 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar, cocoa, oil, flour, baking powder and vanilla; mix well.
Fold in coconut and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan, greased and floured.
Spread on marshmallow cream while cake is warm.
Top with icing.
