Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain.
    Combine spinach and cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and eggs; blend thoroughly.
    Pour into a greased shallow casserole (7 x 11-inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Excellent for a brunch.
