Confetti Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. onion
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onions.
    Stir in potatoes, soup and milk. Add cheese and 1/2 crumbs.
    Pour in 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Add rest of crumbs.
    Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
