Hamburger And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. rice (raw)
    3/4 c. cubed cheese
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
    2 cans water (use soup cans)
    4 to 6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 carrot, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown hamburger meat and onion together.
    Add soup and water; stir.
    Add rice and simmer 5 minutes.
    Arrange cabbage in bottom of 9 x 13-inch buttered dish. Add carrot and cubed cheese on top.
    Pour meat mixture over all this.
    Do not stir!
    Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours.
