Caviar Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rye bread rounds, toasted
    caviar
    hard-boiled eggs
    onion, finely minced
Preparation
    Butter rounds or rye toast.
    Press on these rounds slices of the egg white; fill the inside of the egg white with caviar. Sprinkle finely minced onion over caviar.
    Surround egg white with grated yolk.
