Broiled Fillet Of White Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish (per serving)
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 tsp. flour
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Melt butter. Blend in flour.
    Beat in egg yolk, then lemon juice.
    Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
