Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 double-thick pork chops
1/4 c. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. chopped apples
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Split pork chops.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper inside and out.
Combine remaining ingredients and stuff loosely into the chops.
Fasten with wooden picks.
Brown in hot grease on both sides, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake, covered, in baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer or until chops are tender.
