Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz spread
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in 4 tablespoons margarine; set aside.
    Mix flour and water together.
    Add cheese and mix well.
    Add eggs and broccoli; stir well.
    Add onions and pour in well-greased baking dish.
    Add remaining margarine to cracker crumbs and sprinkle over broccoli.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 12.
