3/4 c. Self rising flour
Pinch Salt
1 1/2 Eggs
3/4 c.+ 2 Tbsp. Milk
Butter, melted
Assorted fruits, fresh or canned
Powdered sugar
Maple syrup
Preparation

Mix the flour with the salt. Make a hole in the middle and break the eggs into it. Add half of the milk and stir from the center out until the batter is smooth. Gradually beat in the rest of the milk. Cook pancakes on a hot griddle using the melted butter. Make them the size of pizzas! Serve with fruit and maple syrup or powdered sugar.
