Skillet Sweet-Sour Chops And Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    5 c. coarsely cut cabbage
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops.
    Heat in a large skillet at 325\u00b0. Add chops and brown.
    Combine and add remaining ingredients except cabbage.
    Cover and reduce heat to 210\u00b0.
    Cook for 40 minutes or until chops are tender.
    Add cabbage.
    Cover and cook 10 minutes longer.
    Remove chops.
    Toss cabbage in sauce.
    Makes 6 servings.
