Turtle Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
cake mix (German chocolate or devil's food)
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
6 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

In saucepan, combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Heat over low heat until melted.
In mixing bowl using electric mixer, beat cake mix, butter and remaining milk until well mixed (1 minute).
Add nuts.
Press half of mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
