Hungarian Sweet Bread(Kolach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. sweet butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 cake yeast
    1/2 glass water
Preparation
    Crumble yeast into water; stir until dissolved, then put aside.
    Mix together the flour, sugar and salt.
    Add egg, sour cream and yeast; mix thoroughly.
    When smooth, work soft butter into mixture.
    Let rise to double in bulk.
    Put on a floured board and knead, then divide in 3.
    Braid dough and put in a greased loaf pan.
    Let rise, then bake in a 375\u00b0oven for 45 minutes, or until done.
