Cinnamon-Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Beat egg white in 1-quart bowl until stiff.
    Fold water and pecans into egg white.
    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over pecan mixture.
    Mix well.
    Spread on nonstick or foil-lined cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir to separate pecans.
    Cool.
