Pennsylvania Dutch Oatmeal Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. oatmeal (dry)
3/4 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Combine sugars and salt.
Stir in beaten eggs and milk, mixing well.
Add oatmeal, coconut and vanilla.
Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
