Margaret'S Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 c. self-rising flour (unsifted)
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Blend oil, sugar and vanilla; mix with a spoon.
    Add eggs.
    Mix in well with spoon.
    Combine flour and cocoa; add to mixture and stir only until mixed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Do not let them overbake or they won't be chewy.
