Banana-Fruit Muffins(Without Sugar) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mashed banana
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. oil
    2 c. white flour or 1/2 whole wheat pastry
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 + c. fruit (blueberries, raisins, strawberries, apricots, pears, pineapple, any combination!)
Preparation
    Beat together banana and eggs until creamy.
    Add milk, vanilla and oil; beat well.
    Measure in flour(s), baking soda and baking powder.
    Mix; fold in fruit.
    Spoon batter into oiled muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool. Makes 12.
