Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Clean chicken and cut into serving portions; place in stew pot and partly cover with water.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook until tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
    Hard-boil 3 eggs; cut them up fine and add to stewed chicken to thicken.
    Serve over rice.
