Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large bell peppers, washed and hollowed out
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 can Manwich sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 jar sliced mushrooms (or fresh sliced)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    cooked brown rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add turkey and brown well.
    Add mushrooms and sauce.
    Stir occasionally until hot through and through. Spoon mixture into peppers and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until peppers are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve over rice.
    (May also be cooked in steamer.)
