Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    6 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    4 potatoes, quartered
    3 stalks celery, cut diagonally
    1 green pepper, cut in 8 pieces
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 c. instant tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in Pyrex bowl and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 5 hours in 250\u00b0 oven.
