First Church Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean hamburg
1/2 lb. lean pork
1 medium onion
5 slices white bread
1 can Franco American beef gravy
salt
pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
olive oil
Preparation

Soak bread in cold water, then squeeze out excess.
Saute onion in butter.
Mix meat, onion and seasonings in a bowl.
Add the bread.
Blend together.
Make meat balls by rolling between palms of your hands.
Brown balls in oil in a frying pan.
Place in casserole dish.
Cover with gravy and cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4 to 5.
