Superb Meat Loaf(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. carrots, grated
    1/4 c. celery, very finely diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    If possible, put vegetables through blender.
    Combine with ground beef, tomato juice and seasonings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Immediately pour
    off all liquid.
    Cool meat loaf before slicing.
