Mexicali Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's Fiesta nacho cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can Mexican corn or whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. Tater Tots
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Brown hamburger. Drain excess fat. Stir together nacho cheese soup and milk. Add to browned meat. Stir in drained corn. Pour into a casserole or baking dish sprayed with cooking oil. Cover meat mixture with Tater Tots. Bake, uncovered, in 400\u00b0 oven until bubbly and browned on top, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
