Crab Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened
1 (5 1/2 oz.) jar Old English cheese spread
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
6 English muffins
Preparation

Blend butter, cheese spread, mayonnaise, garlic salt and crabmeat together.
Open muffins and spread crab mixture on muffin halves.
Cut each into quarters.
Place on cookie sheet and place under boiler until cheese bubbles.
Serve warm.
Serves 48 pieces.
