Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat until thick eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in dry ingredients and zucchini; fold in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
