Pears With Figs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pears
    figs
    sugar
Preparation
    Use 3
    parts
    pears
    to
    1 part figs.
    Slice pears very thin. Use 1/3
    cup sugar to a pint of pears.
    Cover pears and sugar mix with
    water and boil approximately 20 minutes.
    Add figs and continue
    to cook 5 minutes after mixture comes back to a boil. Seal
    in pint jars.
    (Should make as many pints as you have pears.)
