Baked Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. uncooked white rice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour them into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake in a slow oven of 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serves 6.
