Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small potatoes
    2 slices onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. celery salt or celery stalk
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 qt. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water with salt.
    When soft, run through a stainer.
    Boil together milk and onions; remove onions and add milk slowly to potatoes, mixing well with a whisk.
    Melt half the butter.
    Add all dry ingredients and stir until well mixed, then stir into hot soup.
    Boil 1 minute, strain and add remaining butter.
    Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
    If soup is too thick, add a little more milk.
