Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift and mix all dry ingredients.
Add oil and stir well.
Add eggs one at a time, and then add carrots.
Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
