Meat Loaf(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 onion, minced
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper, powdered mustard, celery salt, garlic salt and sage
    bread crumbs to equal 2 slices bread
Preparation
    Grease or spray casserole.
    In layers, add sliced potatoes, sliced onions, sliced celery, small can regular or chili beans, 1/4 cup rice, 1 1/2 cups tomatoes (sliced or canned), any amount of hamburg on top and 1/2 cup water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
