6 Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lo-cal margarine
    1 c. flour
    8 oz. grated cheese (2 c.)
    6 Tbsp. rosewater or tea
    honey
    spices (cinnamon, thyme, etc.)
Preparation
    Cut in margarine with flour; pat down in a 6-cup muffin tin. Spread with fingers.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Mix cheese with water and spices.
    Pour over baked pie crusts; bake 20 minutes more.
