Broccoli And Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Florida eggs
2/3 c. fresh bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
6 to 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
parsley (optional)
2 c. fresh Florida corn kernels
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese or Swiss
2 c. Florida cottage cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
4 drops hot sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
cherry tomatoes (optional)

Preparation

Cook broccoli in a small amount of water.
Drain and set aside.
