Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. milk

Preparation

Beat egg and milk.
Combine other ingredients.
Fry until brown.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
