Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water (lukewarm)
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil or shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir in flour, salt and oil; knead until it forms a smooth ball.
    Let rise in a greased covered bowl in a warm place (80\u00b0) until doubled. Pat dough in greased 12-inch pizza pan, pressing dough up on sides.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
