Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) large can pineapple chunks
    24 marshmallows or 2 1/2 c. miniature
    2 sweet oranges
    2 bananas
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Warm pineapple juice in double boiler. Add sugar, flour, salt and beaten eggs. Cook until thick; cool. Add pineapple, cut oranges, bananas and marshmallows into small pieces. Whip the cream. Add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold into custard and pour over fruit. Add nuts and chill at least 1 1/2 hours. Delicious!
