Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 #2 (10 oz.) can pineapple, crushed, undrained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, water and sugar and stir till smooth. Combine rest of ingredients in buttered casserole dish.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Double this recipe for 9x13-inch pan.
