Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 med. onions, minced
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, creamed
Preparation
-
Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over mushrooms. Marinate for 24 hours in the refrigerator.
Serves 5 - 6.
