Ingredients

2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage
frozen hash browns
7 or 8 eggs
1/2 c. milk
shredded or sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Use rolls for making the crust, using either a pizza pan or a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Precook sausage; drain.
Sprinkle crumbled sausage over crust; crumble frozen hash browns over sausage.
Beat eggs with milk as you would for scrambled eggs.
Pour over hash browns.
Cover top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
