Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large saucepan with enough water to cover. Add salt.
    Cover and boil about 20 minutes.
    Drain and peel. Sprinkle with parsley.
