Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks plus 1 whole egg
1 c. sugar
3/4 stick margarine, melted
juice of 2 lemons
1 unbaked pie shell
3 egg whites (for meringue)
Preparation

Beat eggs until creamy and add sugar and blend well.
Then add melted butter and lemon juice.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake until firm.
