Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. soda
4 egg whites
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. blackberry jam
1/2 c. raisins

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until toothpick inserted into middle of cake comes out clean.
