Jaumazzeta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
small amount of cooking oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small can creamed corn
1 (No. 1) can tomatoes
1 small can mushrooms, sliced
1 small jar stuffed olives, sliced
1/2 pkg. flat noodles (small pkg.)
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
Preparation

Salt and brown ground round in skillet with a little oil. Reduce heat.
Add onion, green pepper, corn, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives.
Cook noodles while mixture is simmering, then add noodles.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until brown.
Serves 6.
