Steak Waterfield - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. top round steak, well trimmed and cut in 1/2-inch strips
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 bell peppers, sliced in strips
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. red wine
5 pinches curry powder
Preparation

Brown steak and garlic in olive oil in a heavy skillet.
In second skillet, saute bell peppers and onions.
When vegetables are tender, add mushrooms, seasonings and minced garlic.
Add vegetables to beef and add red wine.
Cook slowly for 30 minutes, then add curry and simmer for another hour.
