Chicken Spaghetti Casserole(Pasta Con Pollo Ed Funghi) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 stalks celery
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 green onions
    2 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 whole chicken, boiled, deboned and chopped in bite-size pieces
    1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    16 oz. spaghetti
Preparation
    Chop
    celery, bell pepper and onions.
    Slice mushrooms. Saute vegetables in 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Stir in soup and chicken, mixing
    well.
    Set
    aside
    1/2
    cup cheese and add 2 remaining cups to veggies and chicken.
    Stir until all cheese is melted.
