Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
    12 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in a large bowl and pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
