Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    oil for deep frying
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Combine milk and eggs in bowl; mix well.
    Set aside.
    Sift 1 1/2 cups flour, salt and baking powder together in bowl.
    Pour into egg mixture; blend well.
    Add additional flour to make thick batter.
    Fill 9-inch skillet 2/3 full with oil or use deep fryer. Pour batter into 1/2-inch funnel.
    Drizzle batter from funnel into hot oil.
    Let brown on both sides.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
