Lucy'S Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large fryers
2 large onions
2 large green peppers
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 or 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can LeSueur peas
1 large can mushroom buttons
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Boil chicken.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups broth. Saute onions and peppers in butter. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Combine tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until thick.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Add drained peas, mushrooms, chopped chicken, onions and pepper.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into casserole and bake until brown and bubbly.
