Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
1/2 lb. process cheese spread
1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. picante sauce
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Bring water to a boil in large saucepan.
Stir in all ingredients except tomatoes and green peppers.
Cover, removed from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir with fork until blended. Add remaining ingredients and let stand about 10 minutes.
(Rice will thicken upon standing.) Serves 8.
